WSOP2019A CLUBS REGION QUALIFIERS

Clubs Region includes: Barnboard, Schuggy’s, White Bear Bar, Big Guys BBQ

The top 30% of point earners from each nightly tournament at each location will be qualified to participate in the Region Qualifier for our State Tournament.

If you cannot make your designated regional and wish to attend an alternate, you may contact us via Direct Message on Twitter, Facebook message, by emailing straightflushpokertour@gmail.com or by texting/calling Crystal Kempf at 651-295-6854. You MUST notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to attend a different regional event. Same day requests will NOT be approved.

The winner of each Regional Qualifier event will receive a $500 bonus chip for the State Tournament. If someone qualifies for multiple Regionals and wins multiple Regional Tournaments, they will receive a $500 bonus chip for each tournament they win. Bar Champions are eligible to receive these bonus chips in addition to any bonus chips earned for being the Champion of more than on location.

The State Tournament will be held on a Sunday at Running Aces Casino. Registration will begin at 10:00am and the tournament will begin promptly at 12:00pm. Exact date is pending but as soon as it is finalized, we will update everyone.

The WSOP 2018 State Tournament was held Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Running Aces Casino in Forest Lake. This event was attended by 97 players who qualified through one of the Regional Tournaments. Prizes awarded during the event are as follows:

Cinco de Mayo Chanclas (flip flop) Tournament


Registration for this event will be limited to 64 players and will only be accepted via email to sfptspecialtytourney@gmail.com

Join us to celebrate the Cinco de Mayo while playing a flip-flip poker tournament. For this tournament, the blinds will all be flip-flopped, meaning we will start with 50/100, then play 25/50, followed by 200/400, and so on. Each player will start with $4000 in chips for this event, however those who register on or before Monday, April 30th, will receive an extra $500 chip. All those who show up to the event in their best fiesta outfits will receive an additional $1000 chip.

Registration for this event will be limited to 64 players and will only be accepted via email to sfptspecialtytourney@gmail.com

Prize pool for this event will be the maximum of $200 based on a minimum of 40 players.

Food and drink specials for our event include:
$10 Nacho/Taco Bar – opens at 11:30am and is for poker players only
$4 Margaritas
$3 Corona Bottles
$2 Pacifico Drafts
$10 Corona Bucket (5 bottles)

The WSOP 2018 State Tournament may only be attended by those who qualified for the event through one of the Regional Tournaments or those who won entry through the All-in for Africa event. The full list of those who are qualified to participate in the event will be placed below the prize pool information following the regional tournaments held during the week of January 14th (WSOP2018A session) and April 4th (WSOP2018B session).

DIAMONDS REGIONAL MOVED TO TUESDAY 4/17

Update: As of 8am Sunday morning, travel is not advised on 212. Due to the amount of snow received and the various road closures, we have decided to move the Regional tournament to Tuesday, April 17th at 7pm at The Pour House Pub.

Due to impending inclement weather, we have decided to reschedule the Diamonds Regional State Tournament Qualifier from Saturday, April 14th to Sunday, April 15th. The start time for the event will remain 1pm and the location remains at The Pour House Pub. The bar opens at 12pm. I have included the list of the Diamond Region qualifiers below.
